My experience as a dietitian has always been supporting and motivating families in difficult spaces where nutrition is a priority for improvement of life. I understand how difficult change can be and I want to support and empower you to eliminate barriers, make sustainable dietary changes, and truly Cherish Your Health!

What we offer:

  • Nutrition means different things to different people. Individualized care can be beneficial in exploring your relationship with food, creating goals, facing challenges together, and learning to nourish your body effectively. Let a dietitian lead you through this process.

  • Have you received a medical diagnosis requiring dietary changes? This can be overwhelming and challenging. Let a dietitian help navigate this diagnosis and explain why dietary changes might be necessary. A dietitian will help you identify challenges and encourage you to move towards sustainable changes and improved health.

  • This includes the daily events and tasks involving food. This could include grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, and navigating restaurant menus.

  • Cherish is very knowledgeable on how to meet the nutritional needs in children along with the challenges families face during mealtime routines. Cherish has experience in working with children with developmental delays which includes feeding difficulties, gastrostomy tubes, autism, and specific sensory needs.
