Pediatrics can entail a lot of information. I am currently working on curriculum for this age-group. However, I would love to speak on a topic that interests you! Some examples include meeting nutritional needs, infant feeding, picky eating, family meals, meeting specific needs for sensory input, autism, or other feeding difficulties.

I currently have six lessons focused on general nutrition needs. We cover how our bodies use food for fuel, the food groups, how to create a balanced plate, macro/micronutrients, and enjoyment of food. These lessons are interactive to keep the group engaged while learning foundational nutrition information.

I would love to talk to you about how mental health affects our eating habits. People want to feel better! Unfortunately, there is a lot of conflicting information out there on ways to eat, in addition to other barriers faced in order to improve our relationship with food. I have experience in talking to groups struggling with mental health, working through addiction, and/or recovering from an eating disorder.
