I am a Registered Dietitian that has a passion for helping others connect nutrition with their mental health.
My hope is to provide you with nutrition information that is easy to understand and helpful in making small sustainable changes in your life. That looks different for everyone! My goal is not to put you on a diet or shame you into making changes. Research shows that doesn’t work any way, yet our culture continues to come out with new information or a new “diet” that says otherwise which is only conflicting and confusing for so many!
